Come along to the Textile Department at Shetland College and join textile designer and weave lecturer Edina Szeles to explore different patterns and weave techniques to create your own wool fabric.

A wide range of wool and fancy yarns are available to try or feel free to bring along if you have some your own. At the end of the day take home your own woollen table runner or a piece of fabric.
Skills required: Suitable for beginners, but level can be set according to students experience or knowledge of weaving.
Refreshments will be provided; you can buy lunch at the college canteen or bring your own packed lunch.
